Huasita

This is the "Huasita" dress we made for Valentina. It is the first time I make clothes for her, but I guess it paid off! She looks so adorable in her dress and she loves spinning around and pretending she is on a stage.

A birthday in Limache

 Last Saturday, we went to Limache with my papitos. Sofia, one of my friends at the kinder garden invited us to celebrate her birthday. It was a celebration in the countryside and her father gave her a little puppy for her birthday.

We had a lovely sunny day and  I rode horses with my mummy, we had a pinata and I played in the tent with my friends.  My favorite thing the inflatable slide!!! We went up and slid down over and over again. 
At the end of the day, we were really tired and went soundly to bed.

Valentina's visit to the fire station

 Last week, we went to the fire station with all my school friends. We had to do lot of walking and singing on the way, but it was really fun!. 

 The best part was that I rode a firetruck for the first time and I was allowed to blow the siren.

 We were also given the chance to put on a fireman's uniform and helmet, but I found it a bit dirty and decided not to wear it.This is my friend Francisco and he is really nice to me.

 What a nice experience for us!

Valentina's third birthday

We invited some of Valentina's school friends to celebrate her birthday... Here, Valentina and Camila, Sarita, Florencia, Viviana, Cony y Sofia. She got a bit shy when she realized the girls were singing for her, but then really enjoyed opening the presents with her friends...Of course this year's birthday theme was Hello Kitty!

 

 We were lucky to have a sunny afternoon outside to exercise and to enjoy a nice and warm tea...

And we're back...

As most of our friends abroad requested a way to keep in touch other than Facebook, we decided to post shorter updates on our little Valentina. We will try to re-construct some of the main events, outings and the like since we left our beloved Melbourne back in February...

Navidad en mi Jardin

Paseito con Freya y Anastasia

Como en Australia no celebramos el dia de las velitas, mi mami, su amiga Patricia y mis dos amiguitas Freya y Anastasia fuimos a ver alumbrados y a disfrutar de las actividades de Navidad que Mayers (una cadena de almacenes) programa cada anio. En esta ocasion montamos en tren y en juegos mecanicos. Luego salimos a tomar fotos del arbol gigante de Navidad y estando en el disfrute de repente llovio y nos toco irnos a la casita... Igual me diverti muchisimo!
